He's not entirely sure what Eggsy knows, about either him and Ricki or about Bill Haydon, but he figures he's the most likely after Anya to know anything at all, and he knows by both report and observation that the skills he's seen in Eggsy probably weren't limited to the breach.
So he doesn't say -- write -- another word, but Eggsy probably won't be surprised to see him slip in the door to the study room not long after. He sits close, voice low, and asks without preamble:]
You mean our visitor or the new employee?
[But Guillam honestly hadn't seemed too bad. It's Haydon he wants to talk about.]
[So that ties a few things together. He knows Guillam; if he knows Guillam, he probably knows Haydon, and if he knows Haydon he probably knows about Tinker Tailor. It's slender, but if they're sleeping together or whatever the fuck it is they're doing then -- well, all things considered, Eggsy doubts he doesn't know at least enough that they can have this conversation without him feeling like a traitor.]

[He does know they've talked a little, noticed that encounter on the network, but like most abrupt ends to a conversation he's assuming it went private quickly.]
[And he can't say their encounter wouldn't have gone differently, that he wouldn't have just hauled off and punched him in his smug fucking face or worse, but - the face itself was the problem, really.]
Can't say I'm a big fan of him rummaging 'round Ricki's stuff, neither.

[And a small part of him wonders if Ricki might not take it in his stride, given the context - he himself would take a week of feeling like shit on behalf of a few people who aren't here, thank Christ - but it still wouldn't be worth it. A restless moment passes, and then he pushes his chair back and gets up.]

[It's probably a good thing Eggsy points that out, because that whole painful and fatal thing had absolutely been part of Omar's plan, and he actually hadn't realized that Ricki would be the one catching the death toll for it. He blinks in surprise, then frowns and shakes his head reluctantly, not bothering to mask his disappointment. No, he won't be the cause of that.
Which doesn't mean he's any less eager to implement Plan A, Part 1. He stands when Eggsy does, nodding for the door.]
